| We recently had our CVRAS annual meeting and I was asked to contact you. Members are asking for a |
| copy of the accreditation forms that we filled out for you and your counterpart in Regina. They are just |
| asking for this for proof of accreditation to have in their own records. |
| If you could mail out copies of this form that would be great. |

| It is in the best interest of the repairer, SGI and the customer to minimize the number of supplements on |
| a vehicle and to follow a standard process to supplement an estimate. The Supplement Best Practices & |
| Procedures will streamline supplements and will bring multiple inspections on the same vehicle to a mini |
| mum. |
